“We loved our whole experience with Blue Plate Catering! We met David at an Open House event that our venue was hosting, and from the first bite of food, we knew they were going to be a good fit for us. David’s communication was amazing, and we never had to worry about what next steps were, and he was very transparent about pricing. The tasting they set up for us was lovely, and we got to try so many options before deciding that we wanted to serve. I went in skeptical to trying the chicken, as chicken just never seems to be good at a wedding. After tasting their chicken-I was proved wrong. It was absolutely fantastic and they nailed it on day of as well. Chef Brent took great care in all of the food that he provided for our special day, and Amanda, our event lead, along with her team, just took fantastic care of us all. The salad was fresh, chicken was tender, pork was flavorful, and our friends with dietary restrictions raved about the stuffed peppers. We had opted to do cookies rather than cake, and Blue Plate made sure we had milk, coffee and tea for our dessert bar as well. They truly seemed to care about our overall day being a success and they played such a big role in our day. We recommend them to anyone!”
