Our first cafe, the “Blue Plate Café,” located at the Wisconsin Trade Center, started out as a small operation. Our chefs focused on unique offerings and homemade standards to provide the most delicious and delectable dishes they could dream up. Years later, Blue Plate Catering is a much larger company and moving away from the café model, but we are so appreciative of our roots!
